By the hour or by the day
Hourly and day rates
£135 per hour (out of hours: evenings, weekends, bank holidays) + VAT
£350 per day (solo engineer, weekdays 9am–5pm) + VAT
£500 per day (engineer plus trainee, weekdays 9am–5pm) + VAT
One-hour minimum charge, then billed in 30-minute increments.

Fixed-price jobs
Total transparency on prices for our most common jobs. Where a material item (tap, toilet, cistern parts, thermostat) is included, we'll use quality mid-range stock — if you'd like a specific make or premium specification, we'll quote separately.
Boiler servicing and gas safety
- Standard boiler service — £99 inc. VAT
- Landlord's gas safety certificate (CP12) — £99 inc. VAT
- Boiler service + CP12 combined — £135 inc. VAT
Plumbing repairs and replacements
- Toilet repair (all new cistern parts included) — £195 inc. VAT
- Toilet replacement (including new toilet) — £275 inc. VAT
- Kitchen sink tap replacement (including tap) — £165 inc. VAT
- Basin taps replaced (including taps) — £130 inc. VAT
Powerflushing
- Powerflush, up to 10 radiators — £550 + VAT
- Powerflush, 11 to 15 radiators — £750 + VAT
Boiler installations and controls
- Combi boiler installed — from £1,800 + VAT
- Combi boiler conversion — from £2,250 + VAT
- Wireless room thermostat installed (including thermostat) — from £160 + VAT
