What does the Annual boiler service and plumbing package actually cover?
Your annual boiler service, unlimited boiler and plumbing callouts, emergency callouts, and a 24-hour callback promise on any enquiry — every day of the week. The plan covers the visit; if a fault needs parts or chargeable repair work, we’ll quote that separately and only proceed once you say yes.
What’s NOT covered?
The plan doesn’t cover the cost of repair parts or chargeable repair labour. It also doesn’t cover pre-existing faults or issues caused by tampering, freezing, or DIY work. We’ll always tell you up front what’s covered before any chargeable work starts.
How do I pay?
Direct Debit, set up securely through GoCardless. Choose £16 a month (12-month minimum, then rolling) or £160 once a year. The annual option saves you £32 versus paying monthly.
When does the cover start?
Your cover starts as soon as your first Direct Debit has cleared. We’ll be in touch within 24 hours of you signing up to book in your annual service.

Anywhere within roughly 20 miles of Swansea — that’s most of Swansea, the Gower, Llanelli, Carmarthenshire’s eastern edge, Neath, Port Talbot, and parts of the Bridgend area. Use the postcode checker above to see if your home qualifies.
Can I cancel?
Both plans run on a 12-month term and automatically renew for another 12 months at the end of each term unless you let us know you’d like to cancel. To cancel, just give us at least 30 days’ written notice before the end of your current term and we’ll wind it down at renewal.
Are you Gas Safe registered?
Yes. All our boiler work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers. We’re also LPG certified.
Is this plan suitable for landlords?
Yes — the Annual boiler service and plumbing package is designed for domestic properties, including homes you let out as a domestic landlord. Your tenants get a properly serviced boiler and unlimited callouts, and you get your annual Landlord’s Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) included in the price. It’s a single Direct Debit covering both your service obligations and your legal requirements.
Is the Landlord’s Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) really included?
Yes. Your annual CP12 (officially the Landlord’s Gas Safety Record) is issued by our Gas Safe registered engineers as part of every annual service visit, at no extra charge. You’ll receive the official certificate to keep on file and share with your tenants. Typical standalone cost is £80–£100, so it pays for itself if you’re already paying for annual gas safety checks.
