These Terms of Use apply to your use of our website at https://bestchoiceplumbing.co.uk, including all subdomains and any content, functionality, or services made available through it (the “Website”).
1.2 What they do not cover
These Terms of Use do not cover:
(a) the services we provide as plumbers and heating engineers — these are governed by our Service Terms and Conditions, available at https://bestchoiceplumbing.co.uk/terms-conditions/;
(b) subscriptions to our Annual boiler service and plumbing package — these are governed by our Annual boiler service and plumbing package Terms and Conditions, available at https://bestchoiceplumbing.co.uk/terms-boiler-care-plan/;
(c) how we handle your personal data when you use the Website — this is set out in our Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy.
1.3 Acceptance
By visiting the Website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the Website. We may update these Terms of Use from time to time (see clause 11).
2. Who can use the Website
Access to the Website is open to anyone. Some features (such as submitting an enquiry through one of our forms or requesting a quotation) require you to provide personal data; in those cases, you must be at least 18 years old, or supervised by a parent or guardian.
3. Acceptable use
When using the Website, you must not:
(a) use it in any way that breaks any applicable law or regulation;
(b) use it in any way that defrauds, deceives, or causes harm to us, our customers, or any other person;

(b) advice articles are written at a point in time and may not reflect the latest standards or regulations;

Nothing in this clause 8 affects our responsibilities when we actually carry out plumbing or heating work for you, or operate your Annual boiler service and plumbing package. Those responsibilities are set out in the relevant service agreement and in the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

10. Suspension and termination
